Refund and Returns Policy


Due to the special nature of floral products, we do not accept the returns of orders which fully or partially contain fresh flowers, perserved flowers and plants.


We are happy to provide refunds for any unhappy purchases at our website. 

Once the product is taken back to the shop and inspected, we will provide a full refund that’s equivalent to your order value excluded the shipping cost. 

If the product cannot be taken back, we can still provided a partial refund that’s equivalent to 50% of your order value excluded the shipping cost.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
